When you hear it’s Roast time it sure brings some smiles.
The beef blade Roast was cooked in the slow cooker on low heat.
Before I use the slow cooker I rub the roast with corn flour all over then pan fry it with butter in the pan and couple of sticks of spice oregano leaves.
Before I put it in the slow cookerThe slow cooker had 700 millalitres of beef stock in it, and a couple of fresh spice oregano leaves from the garden added in the stock then bit of garlic on top of the roast and little salt, every now and again I grab the jucie from the bottom of it with a spoon and pour over the roast to make some flavour.
The vegetables, roasted in the oven, the hassle backs were done with little oil and brush tandoori paste, baby carrots with honey and cinnamon, red peppers just little oil with honey and tuss tomatoes are just a little oil.
With the gravy after taken the roast out I add the Gravox roast flavour into the Roast beef stock jucie and whipped it up from the slow cooker. It was so soft it fell into pieces and was so juicy 🀀, Enjoy Lisa πŸ¦‹πŸ€Ÿ
